- Promptness is a huge strength at any job. People are less likely to notice promptness than they are tardiness. The ability to express ones ideas effectively without profanity is an indication of character. There are lots of things about you that you control. Cultivate your instincts in all areas of your life so that you can rely on a quick response not to be a disastrous one.
